Which would be worst ... the worldwide spread of Islam, Fascism (Nazism), Communism, or Capitalism?

Islam. Nazism is not synonymous with fascism. Islam is an inherently fascist religion.

That depends on what you mean by "the world." If you mean the Earth, then Capitalism would probably be the worst, what with the fact that the United States is the world's worst polluter.
If you mean humanity, then worldwide Islam would probably be the worst. Not because of anything inherently wrong with Islam (Islam is a beautiful religion and I would not wish for my answer to imply anything else) but rather because of the danger that worldwide religious dominance would require religious totalitarianism, which is even more repressive than Communist totalitarianism. The results to personal freedoms would be akin to the dark ages (another example of religious totalitarianism).

Ideologies are not events.
I would say the worst event would be a nuclear war followed by a nuclear winter. It would wipe out most of us, ruin the land forever, disrupt the environment, etc.
