My next door neighbor kept sending me an e-mail asking me to help her answer some guy's question on yahoo answers and I kept e-mailing her back "what is yahoo answers." She never told me just kept saying what should I tell this guy and I kept.. anyway it went on for about 4 days and finally I did a search on it.
I resisted at first.... didn't want to get caught up in any silly, time wasting nonsense ya know.
Do you mean what was the first thing I asked? About my mother-in-law, she was very sick and dying.

It was about solutions for not being able to sleep due to the noise of the T.V in my house. It sucked cuz everyone was like, "gosh you have it easy". I was just like "shut up and answer my question!" lol. I was just looking around on Yahoo! and I wondered what in the world they meant by Yahoo! answers. My first impression was gosh, Yahoo! has everything!

I found out through Yahoo! I thought it was pretty weird and pointless. I never came back to read the answers to my first question either! I came back one day, months later(I originally signed up in late Feburary) to ask another question. I've been here ever since! I love this place!

I'm having horrible yahoo email problems like so many others so thats why I got on here. BUT in a positive note i REALLY think this yahoo answers thing is genius!

It came up a few times when I was searching for something. When I say you could put in silly questions, I was hooked!

i asked a question in the science section, something about mirror twins and got really rude responses. ive realized it was only because thats where all the know-it-alls hang out. i actually thought y!a was stupid at first because i wasnt expecting to be insulted.
