You have got to be kidding me. The breast is made especially for that reason. You have ducts that hold the milk in the breast and there are little holes that you can't see that it comes out of when the baby suckles. I nursed both of my daughters past the age of 2, and it was easy and convenient. No midnight bottles to heat up, breast milk is already the correct temperature. There can't be an easier way to feed your babies.

No, there are actually several openings in the nipple already there. And when you breastfeed a baby and that baby lets go in the middle of it milk squirts in 20 different directions. It's so much fun!

No, your breasts are ready for breastfeeding. There are actually several small openings on each nipple now, but they're small and not very noticeable.
