I would look and see if you can find anything at the SUNY Oswego webpage. The one link on here is from the storm of 2004, not this one. I was a student at Oswego in 2004, it was nuts! Also, do a search on photo.yahoo.com and webshots. Many residents and students post pics on there. Good luck!!

Try looking up blogs from that area or local news stations who might show images of the area.
Also, Flickr might have some.
