It is a scam !
I got the same E Mail with the same Ticket Number:56475600545188 with Serial number:5368/02 drew the Lucky Numbers:4-7-18-19-35-40.

This is a known scam. Keep clear of it. There is another version of it going around but you supposedly win the New Zealand lottery. They told me that I won. I asked them to give the money to the person who bought the ticket in my name since I didn't purchase a ticket. Then I forwarded the email to the FBI and to Scotland Yard.

I would check into you have nothing to lose...just make sure that you don't pay a fee to "release" the money or its probably a scam.
