can they marry, can they adopt children, can they change their names i mean from male to female name and vice versa

In theory, a marriage is a union of one male and one female, and under the GRA where your birth certificate is changed then you can marry.

Adopt children, yes, and this will be reinforced come April.

Changing names? That's a right that's been around for a while. As long as you intend not to commit a crime, you can call yourself whatever you want.

In many ways it's better to transition here than half of the US

Same as the rights for everyone else.

According to the European Convention on Human Rights, which is part of UK law, no one can be discriminated against on grounds of sexuality, race, religion etc... if you found this to be case as a transexual then you have a legitimate case in either the national or the European courts.
