Absolutely! However, we will all be old and too decrepit to do anything about it. The Mexicans will take over. Our democracy is great but it is also a liability because we permit too much freedom when we should clamp down and do what is right and proper for Americans. Illegal Mexicans do not belong here and should be shipped home.

Definitely yes! It is frightening to think of how terrorists can just stroll right in. Plus, illegal immigration has destroyed this country. The illegals take jobs away from American citizens.

The USA military needs more recruits.
Immigrants are more willing to enlist.
Businesses say that Americans do not want the jobs that immigrants are taking.
If Americans did not have to accept lower wages to compete with foreign employees, they would probably be more willing to take the jobs.

It wouldn't really matter. They would still find a way to get across into the US. It'd be stupid to not allow Mexicans to become citizens. Those that do come across as tourists contribute a large amount of cash to the US economy. Therefore we should keep the border open and penalize companies that hire illegal immigrants.

You may not have heard, that was done some years ago. We have many laws dealing with people who cross illegally, it is just that Bush doesn't do anything about it.
