Moneypenny is the name of the secretary to James Bond's boss (I think it's "M"). Her name is "Miss Moneypenny" and she's always had a crush on James Bond from day one. He flirts with her, brings her gifts, but never gets involved with her. Every time she sees him (at the office), she always throws hints at him that she wants him, but even though he catches them, he always avoids her.

Moneypenny is the female secretary for the Supervisor of James Bond.

Moneypenny is M's secretary, played in the original movies by Lois Maxwell (at least through "View to a Kill" in 1984, according to her IMDB entry). The running gag throughout all the movies is that she and Bond flirt unceasingly, although they never actually do the squelchy.

So... you'll have to draw your own conclusion about what your friend meant by it, but the word "pwned" springs to mind...
