What is the name of a scientific apparatus which keeps water at a certain temperature?

What are instruments which can keep water at certain cold temperatures, such has 5 C, 10 C, 20C, etc. called? some which is like a heated bath, but cools the water down instead of heating it up?

idk... what you can do is use a laboratory refrigerator or freezer.

Thermostats are constant temperature baths. Cryostats cool water or alcohol etc. to maintain a low temperature.
