Smith was known as much for her sometimes-turbulent life off-camera as she was for her tabloid celebrity. The former topless dancer in Houston made her first appearance in Playboy in 1992, was named Playmate of the Year in 1993, and appeared in Guess jeans ads and movies.
In 2002, Smith launched a reality television program, "The Anna Nicole Show," on the Entertainment network. At one point, it was the network's highest-rated program.
She shocked people by marrying 89-year-old Texas oil magnate Howard Marshall II, who had an estate valued at $1.6 billion. He died the next year, and Smith waged a 12-year feud with Marshall's son, E. Pierce Marshall, over the inheritance.

Much like Paris Hilton, she didn't really do anything but rather was famous for being famous. She married an 89 year old Texas millionaire and then spent years fighting with her "step-son" over the inheritance after her husband died. I believe she was a model for Guess Jeans and she also appeared in Playboy on several occasions.

Well in 1993 she was playmate of the year in playboy,she married a multi-billionaire who was more than 60 years her senior,and had a reality show I believe was on MTV called the Anna Nichole show.

She was a celebrity, (she had a young son) who about 13 years ago married a very old man and a year later he died......he was a multi-millionaire.
His son contested the inheritance for years.
In the meantime she posed for Playboy and became a "celebrity".
She had a TV show for about 2 years...after she got very fat.
Then she lost weight got pregnant and 3 days after her daughter was born her son died of a drug-overdose.
The daughter is about 4 months old now.

she was a model that married a old man when she was about 25 or so ..he was like 80 or more..when he died, he left the money to other people and only left her a smll amount of it and shes been sueing anybody that got their hands on that money.. with little success..
