I need help.

Please.

It has to be about what they do in like a day. I know they do these things...Wake up, play fight, spy on their prey, chase their prey, eat it, go to sleep?

i have to do 8 different things of what they do!

Seems like your descibing a feline- like a cat or lion or tiger or cheetah or whatever... so start by finding out what of these felines you want to write about.

Then you can use a tool like alliteration (the repetition of the same letter in the beggning of each word) to describe an action... for example:

The wild king (cliche for lion) woke up with the world at his paws
and descibe what a lion would do when he wakes up...

he fought feroiously for his title by practicing fiercely with his friends... further explain his play fighting...

you can write a stanza for each action the feline does.

Think about using metaphores, or similies (compare to a domestic house cat), etc.

Good luck!

Human feelings can come out in varying read and/or misread ways. You can try using a dictionary to improve your general vocabulary and your vocabulary regarding rhymed words and sentences before using them in a practice of writing poems or any other forms of expressive texts. But the less you use them the more likely you are to feel like you forgot about them,i guess. You could try to write down or type up normal sentences first before trying to replace some words with rhyming synonyms or words. It can take time but then again, time will keep on going anyways. So even if you failed and felt like switching to another subjectively easier form of exaggerated expression,it may not seem like a waste of time if you did not think and feel so.You could read poems and/or use that desire of writing poems in,for example, trying to write a poem about the act of writing poems and your relative feelings and points(if you felt such a desire while googling some perhaps relatively discouraging-from a way of looking at it-stuff)...

It depends what kind of poem your teacher assigned you. The 'paragraph things' are actually called stanzas.
It might be a free verse poem, which is really a poem with no rhythm, or a diamonte, ryhming, tanka, haiku, and others.

you forgot to mention what or who "they" is. But it seems to be wildcat or something.
so take the 8 things you have and write one of those "things about each one as the subject of the Verse. ( i think they are called stanzas in songs and verses in poems.)
I like poems to rhyme but they do not have to. it is more fun to try to rhyme . it is OK to change spelling or pronouncing a little to make a rhyme. this is called "poetic license"
Then find two words that rhyme and start with two lines that each end in those words. you can rhyme every other line if you like so maybe pick two sets of two words each that rhyme.

EXAMPLE. I am thinking of "spying on prey" so I know I want the word prey in there somewhere. So I will use it for the last word of a line in that Preying verse.( 8 things equals 8 verses with four lines each equals 32 lines.
so I take the word PREY and look for a rhyme for it, such as DAY(rather obvious but this is your first poem so you do not have to get a pulitzer prize for it.) Now I know that the first line will end with PREY and the third line will end with DAY.
Then I pick two more words that come to mind or look in a book of rhymes at the library ( they have them for poets)
Wild cats eat mice and birds so maybe I will use the word Mouse in the line # 2 at the end. Now I must find a word that rhymes with mouse. how about House?
So now i am going to use HOUSE for the last word of line 4. my poem verse will look like this:

XXX XXX XXXXX X XX Prey

XX xx xxx xxxx x xxx Mouse

XXX xxxxxx xx xxxx Day

xxxx x xxxxx x xx xxx House

Now all i have to do is fill in the first part of each line with some words that make sense and tell a story or set a scene or something. I will try for you to show you how:

The wildcat when hungry must seek to find his prey (12)
He would love to catch and eat a bird or maybe just a mouse(15)
The biggest problem catching them is they like to hide all day(15)
So he has to sniff them out and dig a hole to their house.(14)

SEE how it is done. this poem needs work. the number of words may have to be adjusted so it evens out more in syllables when you speak it. poems should be spoken or sung and sound good and have meaning. This is called alliteration.
I put the number of syllables (parts of words) after each line to work on it. Maybe it would be best if all the lines had 15 syllables or maybe it would be better if the lines that rhymed each had the same number as the other. lets try the second method and make some changes.

The wildcat when hungry works hard to find some yummy prey
(14)
He would love to catch a bird or maybe just a mouse (13)
The biggest problem finding them is that they hide all day (14)
So he sniffs around a lot to find their hidden house. (13)

so you see how to begin. it is fun you try it ! Start with the first verse by choosing what thing it will be about. Probably the first verse would be what they are and where they live or something. ( owls live in trees, foxes in burrows, wildcats in dens)

EX: The owl is a scary bird that likes to live in trees.
He looks to find a hidy hole away from any breeze.
He stays awake all night and never needs a light
His eyes are very very big which gives him good eyesight

etc etc. ( you can rhyme each line with the next if you want. it may be easier and sound better. some poets like to due five lines in each verse. make up your own style.
this is only one simple way to get started. you may prefer to have athought and try to rhyme the sentences that express it instead of trying to find a thought or sentence that uses the rhyme words you choose. either way works.

Take a human and make personified comparisons and that should get you through it.
