k im 13 and i dont really go to the mall alot (like 1 time every 2 motnhs amybe if im lucky). im starting to get more interested in clothes. so im wondering, is this enough clothes for a grade 8? :
- 4 jeans
- 5 tank tops
- 1 sweater
- 2 hoodies
- 1 jacket
- maybe 7 or 8 t-shirts.
and thats about it. i really want to get more, but i only get $20 a month, and i can barely ever go to the mall (and i live in canada so its pretty expensive). what should i do? i cant trade with friends becuase im a large. so should i spend alot of money because im trying to lose weight as well.
also we live like 30 minutes away from america, and theres a hollister there. should i wear hollister clothes to high school? i dont want people to not know what it means or think that its cheap. thanks

Yes, but here's what I recommend:
1) Buy one or two skirts. Maybe a pair of nice pants. You never know when a skirt or pair of pants other than jeans may helo you a lot.
2) Get a nice shirt to go with it. You can't wear t-shirts and tank tops all the time!
3) Go to a store that sells cute basics, like spaghetti-strap tops, long sleeve shirts, cute minis, and nice looking stockings for a good price. Wardrobe essentials will work in any season.
4) Go to a store like Claire's or Icing and buy lots of cute yet cheap accesories. Get a couple of cute pairs of earrings, a choker, one or two long necklaces, and some other funky stuff.
5) Come down to America and go to Hollister. Nobody thinks Hollister is cheap. It's really cute.
6) Wear your new clothes and accesories with confidence!!
Good luck.

First of all, you can't change the fact that you get $20 a month, unless you get a job, so you can't really spend that much. I used to have about the same number of clothes two years ago. I have a lot more now, but that is because I gradually bought more and more clothes for cheap.
As for the losing weight thing, you should buy clothes that fit you now and worry about buying new clothes later. And don't go to Hollester if you have only that much to spend. Unless, of course you want to get one shirt a month instead of three or four (if you look on sale racks and such). I get more than you do and never shop there.
Hope that helped!

An average 8th grader should have more clothing then what you have. You should at least have up to 40 or 50 pairs of clothing but its okay for you to have this amount of clothing.Don't worry about it.One suggestion is maybe you should do alot of chores around the house to earn money for your parents to give you clothes at the mall and definitely shop at Hollister. They have the best clothes there at a profitable price and shop at any online stores that have cheap clothes that you can afford every wekk or so and EBAY is really good so I also suggest going to EBAY and buying stuff there.

Don't buy things from Hollister, because they are probably out of your budget. No, that's probably not enough clothes for a year. I would go to ebay and see if you can buy a "lot" of clothes, it would save you a whole lot of money, you wouldn't have to go anywhere and sometimes you can find stores on ebay that will let you return the item.
*a lot of clothes is more than one item. I.e. 5 dresses.

get clothes that fit your style....i mean if it's brands you're after that's one thing, but be comfy, and be you. i'd up the number of sweaters and jackets by a few...the jeans are fine...maybe after 4 save some more...or ask your parents to help you pay for them...do chores and stuff to collect more money.

If thats all the clothes that you can get all you have to do is simple
*Mix and Match
*Layer
*Have Clothing Staples (things you can rely on)
*Don't buy anything you will only wear once or twice

some times simple is better. i'm 13 2 and i wear jeans and hoodies 2 skewl all the time. and it doesn't really bother me what people think about what i'm wearing. it doesn't really matter that much.

i imagine it really is great to positioned on a similar outfits the following week. yet yeah, I agree on the area the position you shouldn't positioned on a similar outfit. you may change up upload-ons to regulate up the garments too, so make investments on some necklaces or earrings besides.
