Because everyone with a brain knows that FOX News is the tv equivalent of the National Enquirer. Basing an indictment off one of their stories would be like using an article out of that smutrag as the basis of said indictment.

I dont know, maybe there deaths will be unknown forever, you know and will be on mystery death shows like the way marylin Monroe was? i guess u have to wait and see till they declare how they died .well all i know is collapsed at hotel, but some people are talking about that guy u mentioned. that Howard stern guy? i saw other answers/questions involving him.
