George Bernard Shaw was very eloquent with words, and I think he is spot on in this case. He said this so many years ago, and yet nothing has changed, has it ? cubalishu just said that the M.O.D. are just sitting on their back-sides doing nothing to help. I wonder why they are doing this ? In a way I hope it is because of in-competence on their part, because I would hate to think they are doing it deliberately. If we cannot afford to give our soldiers the correct and adequate equipment, then we should not be sending them to war.

Actually no offense. But George Bernard Shaw said 'I don't want to make my stomach a graveyard of animals' . How can I disagree. I'm non-vegetarian but it's his choice. But really we don't eat all the animals that we see in the world, do we!

Very true, our soldiers are dying because of lack of equipment and those in the war office are sat on their backsides doing nothing to help them.

Absolutely right. You have only to see their incompetence in Iraq. Our soldiers are fighting a war with the wrong equipment and on occasions not enough equipment.
