it is ill-advised as most space trips last more than 9 months. and its kinda hard to have offspring under that cabin pressure at birth. when they reach land there bodies might be fragile do to the gravity imbalence in space. Baby's bodies are more fragile then ours. Even an astronaut who been in space for a year and a half when they reach land they are terribly weak due to less gravity and they feel like they are falling since the use for your muscles are absent in space. So i think NO they dont have sex in space. Safe sex would most likely be ill advised as they arent taking risks.

I think they might if they were in love before and if they were on the mission alone. The one thing is that it would be really hard since there is no gravity in space so while they try to have it up there they will have to be strapped on to each other or try to hump each other in the air.
