Ok, so my friend is going to Disneyland, CA soon, and since I'm not planning to go for another year, I want him to pick up a painting or some kind of poster for me. So my question is, in the computers at the Disney Gallery and at the World of Disney store,(where you can pick posters and size) what options do I have to choose from? What I'm looking for is a concept painting or poster of New Orleans Square or anything in that area. I'm mainly interested in posters of the Blue Bayou Resturaunt or of the Streets and buildings of New Olreans Square, something that looks like a painting (I'm at a loss of words now! I can't think of any other way to describe it!). I already have the attraction posters for Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion. So if you could give me an internet site that had the options listed, or if you could send me pics of them (cap10hook72@yahoo.com), or attempt to describe them, I would greatly appreciate it! THANKS!

I've never seen the Disney posters you are mentioning sold in any other location than Disney. I have the style you are mentioning for the Monorail System. Disney refers to the style as Vintage Conceptual. I worked in the Art Gallery at the Studios (WDW) and we sold tons of those. I know exactly which prints your are talking about as well. I'm picturing it in my head, but I couldn't find it when I did a search online.
You can always call the Disney Mail Order hoteline and order it directly from the park without asking your friend to get it for you. Odds are, a cast member will know exactly which poster you have in mind. Contact them here:

youre going to pay a real inflated price at the park...why not visit one of the outlet disney stores in fullerton anaheim or the suburbs and save a bundle....similar to the park but without the trappings..and if they dont have it often they can order it.
