A tweener is just someone whose there. Tweeners are good to have around because they're not face, meaning they have no inhibitions about cheating, and they're not heel, which means they could do a run in to save a face. The unpredictability of a tweener is great. The best example I can think of is Benoit during the Triple H/Shawn Michaels/Chris Benoit feud.

A tweener is a wrestler who are both heel and babyface. One example of a tweener that I can think of is Carlito. His apple spitting is heel and now he is babyface.

He's inbetween....I guess the best example of it right now is Batista. He's in a tweener stage because he's going head to head with the Undertaker, in what right now is a face vs. face match...but I think he's going to turn heel.

In pro wrestling a tweener is someone who is considered a heel or face depending on their opponent. For example, durring his ministry of darkness gimmick, Undertaker was cheered when he harrasted McMahon and his corperation but was booed when he attacked "Stone Cold" or any other of the WWF faces.

It's the term for a wrestler that's neither. It usually happens during a turn from a heel to a face and vice versa. The best example I can think of is Cena, but he's becoming more of a babyface now.

A tweener is someone who is neither good nor bad.

Actually the term usually refers to someone born near the tail end of one generation or at the very beginning of the next. You know...Gen X, Gen Y, boomers. Well, sociologists actually try to classify people in some ways depending on which generation they belong to because they've shared similar experiences and cultural influences growing up, but people at the very beginning and end sort of fit into both generations in a lot of ways. They get called tweeners.
