how can I activate a rebate card?

Normally there is a number you can call to activate the card that comes with it, usually on the paper the card is on. You can normally also go to the website(also provided on the paper) and activate it as well. Finding the actually link to the activation site can be tricky, but if you look around the website, it should be there. I know for a fact that if you have a Cingular rebate card that it can be activated on the internet. Good Luck!
