Point at her and call her Satan Spawn!
Actually you should simply ask her what the inspiration was for the horns. If she is drawing them then she will have an answer. Be prepared to listen to her as if she is a small person not a child and keep an open mind. Remember even though she is your child there is someone in there you are getting to know and she has her own thing going on.
I hope you get a fun answer from her.

maybe she saw a cartoon with a devil on it? The wonderful thing about kids is their imagination..I wouldn't think anything is wrong unless she is portraying any sort of violence in the pictures. The fact that the "horned creature" is smiling shows that she isn't portraying it as a bad or evil creature.

If she was my daughter, I would think she was the next Picasso. She's 5 and has an imagination that is far more advanced then us "Grown Ups." Explain to her that many things have horns...Deer, who are beautiful, Elk, who are majestic and Reindeer, Who brings Santa around to bring gifts on Christmas-(If you celebrate X-Mas) ooops...mabye I shouldn't have used an "X"--that's the sign on the skull and cross bones. :-) lol She's fine.

You don't if that's the only issue she's having. Perhaps she saw the Little Monsters movie and is drawing one of the characters from there. Perhpas someone let her watch a horror movie. Perhaps her church is preaching about hell too much in front of her. Perhaps she was just being creative that day.

Your child has an imagination, that's a good thing. There is no need to "analyze" your child unless she has been through an extremely traumatic event. You need to stop watching so many movies.

Maybe she likes red? She's only 5 years old, there is nothing to worry about. But just for heaven's sake.... check her head for the mark of the beast.

LOL

Kids will be kids... I wouldn't sweat it.

When I was a kid I drew devil horns and a goatee on smiley faces in my Sunday school book, not funny said my teacher, but it was just me being a dumb kid.
