Let's just say I had a misspent youth. It was the 70s and I got caught in them. I had a messed up home life too, so it all kinda went together. 11 of my friends died either from drug overdoses or violence before I even got out of high school. I'm 49 now, and very, very thankful I made it out in one piece. To look at me now, you'd never guess I lived that kind of life.

I was obnoxious. I was a walking fashion plate and spent a great deal of time looking in the mirror, putting on lipstick or brushing my hair.

I also had the biggest crush ever on a boy. He ruled my thoughts. I must have written his name down on every surface I could find.

I listened to music constantly and had slumber parties often.

It was a fun time.

Terribly skinny (nick name "toothpick w/glasses), Terribly shy, good violinist and good at English lit stuff (Shakespeare esp.)
Did not date (not allowed until 16). Not a lot of trouble but did have the occasional grounding and withdrawal of allowance.
Nice person but not assertive or outgoing.

The same way I am now that I'm 23. I was playing with GI JOES, Tonka trucks, sled riding, oh those were the days. And the happy part, I still do all those things. I love it .

15? That's like Freshmen year of high school right? My favorite year was freshmen year. I was very hyper and always laughing. I'm 20 now. ;p
