I don't think they can make another chapter. It has been already 42 volumes. It ended since 1995.

No if they start one like Dragonball it will retain the GT title and have Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. instead of Goku. Though Akira has made it clear that Dragonball in general is over.

that manga ended a loooong time ago. I would guess that the author didn't like the anime to continue. fun fact: if you look at the credits of the latest season of dragonball(watever) it won't say the dragonball manga author on the credits. =)

nope, gragonball gt ended the series and i dont think Akira Toriyama will add anything to it anytime soon hes tooo busy with games like Blue Dragon
