I somehow don't think that the maid will be vacuuming his back hair. He is more likely having an affair with someone and they are having very passionalte sex. You should investigate this further. If he has been cheating on you, he deserves less than nothing.

Either this is a joke or your husband is joking with you. My guess is that those marks are actually stretch marks.
However, if those are actually scratch marks on your husband, instead of calling the agency, call your lawyer. It may mean he has been with someone that scratch his back during intimate times.
