If Hugo Chavez is so great how come there is no meat or sugar to be found anywhere in Venezuela's stores?

Ironically, as much as the left likes to complain about Bush and his tendency to circumvent Congress in order to push forward free trade, they don't like to admit that the international community recognizes Chavez as being a threat that needs to be confronted.
