Yes, actually it can. The male body continues to create semen throughout life, even past the 60's. However, it can only make so much a day. If you yank the pole more than twice a day, then that just may happen, so leave the pole alone once in a while. If you want a major orgasm, wait a week and then you'll be so horny and ready to go it will work out pretty good.
