I doubt there is a site to get a Windows XP/Vista upgrade. You can search in Limewire, Bearshare or other P2P programs. (Proceed with caution!)

Vista sux unless you bought your hardware yesterday,
XP is riddled w/ security holes..
go buy a mac, or build a hackintosh.
