sadly enough no there won't. Rurouni kenshin Technically has 96 episodes but the final episode was supposedly a 'special' and was never translated to english and , to my knowledge, can not be found on any dvd's (i have the entire series on dvd box set and have all 3 ova dvd's, also in set with the samurai x movie seperate.. need to buy the 3 ova's in directors cut) .

the reason kenshin ended was watsuki wanted to wait and let the manga catch up with the anime but rather than halting the anime and taking an extended season break the animation company began writing their own plots such as the 'knights saga' and the 'feung shui' saga in the very short lived third season. when this happened ratings plummetted and the show ran out of money and was cancelled.

personally i'm glad this happened because it stopped the show from gaining a repetative 'someone new and stronger shows up, kenshin gets stronger, beats him' theme similar to the Dragon Ball series' and Yu Yu Hakusho.

the manga DOES go on after the show happens but most of what happens in the third season (the jinshu arc if i remember it's "title" correctly) never happens there. i suggest switching over to the manga because it carries on

ALSO there are twi (i think) novels out that can be purchased on amazon.com or borders.. .realy anywhere and there is the Kenshin Kaden or encyclopedia. it's similar to an art/backround book that has a short comic in it that takes place some years after the tv series describing what happens to the characters, an epilogue if you will.

i've heard rumors that the kaden was translated into english. my friend claims she saw a translated edition at our borders but i've never found it myself so i will keep looking. until then i have no proof an english version exists.

i hope that helps you out somewhat (despite my rambling).

^_^x

Hahahaha, I hate to break it to you, but if there was any chance of a new Kenshin series coming out it would of been done a while ago.

It's truly an amazing anime, I hoped you watched it in Japanese as the dubs didn't do it justice. :)

Anyway I don't see you mentioning the movies, and there are at least one, although they aren't much good.
