I have itchy skin on my arms...the skin feels bumpy to touch. It's always been like this since my teens.....it's like the hair folicules on my arms are inflamed. Any ideas?

it may be eczema.. may want to see the dr for that, but for now, I would use coco butter lotion.. That stuff does wonders!
Good Luck!

Have you ever seen a dermatologist? That might be a good idea. I also have very dry hands and I use "Satin Hands" by Mary Kay.. I love it, but it's not a permanent solution. Everynight I put cocoa butter creme on my hands.. I heard it helps to put suran wrap around it at night also. But I can't help you on the arms part. Good luck!

First, go see your dermatologist - they'll have the answer and the perfect product that suits your skin.
Also, maybe try a jojoba oil - or avacado oil - ir's a tad oily, but it really absorbs moisture and locks it in.
Good Luck

Try Eucerin- the thick cream and intensive repair lotion. Maybe also some Cortaid on the arms.

Use some natural lotion. It should soften your skin. Or there's a Hand Cream that helps alot. its called:Neutrogena and it's Fragrance free.
