The best job in the world (may sound corny) has to be something you enjoy. You may not look forward to getting out of bed every day, but the work itself makes it all worthwhile. You feel a sense of accomplishment and know you did that. Money will come and go, but misery lingers much longer. Have you seen half of the walking dead out there that punch a clock and collect a paycheck? *shudder*
If you want to see some of the worst, watch a show on TLC called Dirty Jobs. LOL...will give you some ideas of what bad jobs really are. ;)

That's easy -- The one where you actually look forward to getting out of bed in the morning and you love what you do! If you have a job like that, regardless of what it is, you are very, very blessed and fortunate.
