Most resturants have websites with nutritional breakdowns. But you are looking at 35-50% (or more) and a lot of it the bad kind (transfat, saturated, etc.). Clogs the arteries...not good.
Here is an example Big Mac and Fries, 48% fat, 920 calories, and 14 grams of saturated fat. Add a coke and you are over 1/2 of a 2000 calories / day intake. You have also got more than 50% of your salt intake in one meal. In all of that the most amount of vitamins is vitamin C at 12%.
Not good but oh so yummy :~)

Usually about 1/3 to 2/3 of the calories. Look it up at the website of the fast food joint in question, or try the USDA Nutritional Database.

loads.. even if those fast food chains provide you with a sheet of calorie count on all the sell there.. and tell you that it's low in calorie
Dont Trust Them.
Fast Food makes you fat.. coz i'm the living example!

HELLA! fast food has some of the most fat you can find!! not to mention that some has trans fat that is even worse!
