I wouldn't say adding crystal light defeats the purpose of drinking all that water. My question would be why would you want to. Consider a different strategy. You don't have to drink 8 ozs of water at a time, fruit juice also counts (and there are no sugar added types), and if you want healthy flavor (not sure, but I'm sure crystal light isn't "light" on the chemicals) add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice. Try drinking less water more often and see if that kind of regieme is more palatable for you.

I had the same problem , Just keep a pitcher of water and a cup next to you when your at the computer. You will start drinking it with out thinking in no time, also if you do not mind warm water, Warm water is easier to swallow. I was getting so cold when I drank that much cold water . You can also try green tea its very good for you. look up the benefits on line. hope this helped. Oh ya maybe add a piece of lemon in seltzer water ?

you're still dong something healthy! a little crystal light is the best thing to use if you like a little flavor. just don't drink it all at once! it's best to drink a little bit at a time all throughout the day, otherwise your body can't absorb it as well.

ABSOLUTELY
My daughter got dehydrated during pregnancy and it was recommended by her doctor as THE BEST water substitute.
I drink it ALL DAY LONG now. I NEVER drink/drank water, (4 glasses maybe in a YEAR) this stuff is better than sliced bread.

I had the same problem, my doctor said that as long as its based on water your are doing good, everyone has to add a little flavor to it otherwise most people would go without

Drinking pure water is the only way to keep the toxins out of your system and get hydrated.
Sugar water is not a very good choice.
Try a few drops of lime/lemon.

No, on the contrary I don't know if r in Canada but there's flavored
water here, a friend of mine adds lemom & lime to hers.
I drink alot of water long as it's cold. Just get it into you anyway u
can. I wish more people would.

ingesting water is rather best for you. i do no longer agree which you like 8 glasses on a daily basis nonetheless. I drink approximately 4-5 and characteristic found it to be very valuable. It keeps you hydrated, makes your epidermis healthful, help you digest meals, helps cleanse your liver and kidneys, and each at times helps you sense complete to maintain you from over eating.

Crystal light is just fine for you-if it helps keeping adding the crystal light. I do the same thing-my doctor says its okay.

yes you are adding sugar or artificial sweetner by adding crystal light... but its good to drink lots of water even if it is sugar water or w/e.... make sure you get 64 oz's of water a day dosn't matter how you do it
