Brown Cover Girl Perfect Blend pencil. I have used it for a while now, and it doesn't smudge. Plus I bought it at a wholesale store for a pretty good deal!

Well , depends on the make up u wanna use ,
daily ? evening?? wedding???sport???
Black is always sexy for blue eyes .
But :
Day make up :
do not use eyeliner at all !! use some light light brown eye shadow in the inner side of your eyes and make it darker to the outer . use dark brown mascara .
Night and evening / parties/weddings/ :
JUST BLACK
also use thin white or silver eyeliner upper the black one
sport :
Gray eyeliner
classical:
thin black eyeliner
Noon :
brown eyeliner can be perfect on this moment !
Good luck !

Concerning colors, black is all time classic, but you should also try dark green or blue-jean blue.
Ok, Maybelline's eyeliners are not bad,but Max Factor's and mostly Biotherm's are much better.Lancome is good too, but if you choose it (or Biotherm)...buy it on sales! They are definitely more expensive than Maybelline ones.

Maybe a smoky grey. Avon has an eyeliner, Glimmersticks, Saturn Grey. It would look great with your eye color. It's never smudged on me.

you can pick up any colors at cvs or target or walmart. i would suggest physicians formula, try black and brown or green and blue for something a little more risky.
