As far as I can tell, the Illuminati were a small group of intellectuals who gathered mostly to talk, during the Enlightenment.
The Illuminati are rumored to be a secret society that has supported governments and the so-called International Jewish Consipiracy Theory for about 230 years.
THE ILLUMINATI DON'T REALLY EXIST. No group of humans can keep a secret for a day, let alone centuries.
Stop watching cable, turn to pbs

I'm smack-bang in the middle of reading Dan Brown's "Angels and Demons" (same guy who wrote Da Vinci Code), and it's all about the Illuminati.
Apparently they are a group who objected to the catholic church's control over all scientific discoveries and what was published etc back in the 1600's or so. They infiltrated the Masons and have influenced all sorts of things over the years. They apparently died out though, and are meant to be simmering in the background, waiting for their time to come to power.

A secret society or known as Freemasons, many rumours abt them that they are very powerful men, but to the society they run a charity, but yeh check on google there is plenty of info there,

You might want to read the book. "Angels and Demons" by Dan Brown. The person who wrote the DiVinci code. he wrote about the Illuminati in this book. But I agree with previous answerer's, it is not true, more of an urban legend kind of thing.

I bear in concepts listening to in the previous that till finally the age of 5 Egyptian infants are between the neatest interior the worldwide. i ask your self why till finally that age in specific ... needless to say after the academic device takes effect issues spiral down!
