Yes, it's about the money though, and it depends on how far into the process you are what you'll need to do to correct the situation.

At a minimum you will have to pay everything you are delinquent, including late fees and interest...find a good mortgage broker near you if you can't negotiate directly with the bank. A mortgage broker can help you to find outside financing to pay off your loan and the other fees. I'm assuming since you're in foreclosure you don't have a lot of extra cash around to help pay off those debts without a loan. However, the availability of these loans will depend on what percentage of your house value is your loan amount late charges/interest...and they aren't usually at very friendly interest rates...think of them as a temporary way out, but not the loan you'll want for the next 30 years.

You might want to look into selling...it really depends on your exact circumstance.

Yes you can get it out. You have until the time of the auction to pay all the payments you owe, plus late and legal fees.
I would not wait o this one, i would find the money somehow, and pay what you woe. Contacting the lawyer that is handling the foreclosure would be a good idea. you will have to pay that amount in full, they will not take payments.
You could have worked payments ou with the bank, before you got to this point.
You could always try to sell QUICK!!
Good luck,

You can get out of it if you can get whats called a foreclosure buy back loan there are many institutions that offer this product and it so happens that i represent about 100 of them but if you want to get your house back you need to pay 100% of the delinquent amount so it is a real time sensitive thing and you need to move on it very quickly so good luck and Godspeed.

If you go to court and make arrangements, probably.
