get reid of McAfee... download a tool called CrapCleaner.
Best protection and cleanup out there.. Also try trendMicro with it. I kid you not.. together it is wayyyyy better Run a scan then get rid of it then run a scan with crapcleaner... MUCH more gets picked up.

Right click on the red "M" next to your clock. Left click on Open Security Center.

Left click on Restore Firewall Defaults.

Now when each program tries to connect to the Internet you will get a prompt to allow access.
