How can you tell what waters melting point is by looking at a graph of a chunk of ice's?

Water freezes and melts at 0 degreed C, so if you had just ice in a glass, the temperature will increase to 0 degrees, then stay at 0 until all the ice is melted, then the temp will continue to increase until it reaches room temperature.
