I would purchase a smaller one - this one is too big for two people. I would like one that is smaller, but that heats up more quickly. I would like one I could easily turn off when we go away for a few days - why heat water for nothing?

Great! I just bought a new one and it"s like the third one we have bought in a 28 year period! Is that good? I don't know! But if I could change one thing on them I would make them with some sort of filter that would limit the amount of lime that gets into the water heater- before we put new opnes in we had to change the elements a couple of times and the amount of lime we scraped out was ridiculous- about 3 gallons of it!!! So if you could come up with that I would buy it NOW!!!

the new tankless are great for size, effeciency???, but you can't do 2 things at once, (ie wash clothes & take a shower) unless you sacriface one or both

the big tank is a better for living , but big

solve the problem & get a middle solution
