Take it out on your teddy bear or your pillow and beat the crap out of it. And throw your socks against the wall........that's what I used to do when I was young and it helped me out a lot. But you're going to have to find some new friends because that is just not cool.

Write, Read, Listen to music, Play a game (board game, computer game, or video game), Watch tv or a movie. Anything that allows you to let your anger subside without hurting anyone or your self.
*side note* I know how friends can be sometimes. Sometimes they're the best people in the world, other time they're complete a55holes. But if they continue to be there for you then try to take some of the things they do in stride.

You should first stop.... just breath and then go for a walk. While you walk, look at what is going on around you. The people outside, the weather, the animals, anything other than what you are dealing with... and by doing that, you'll realize that this is all going to pass. Pray about it... God know exactly what you're thinking. Tell him about it.

A great stress release to me is going to Value Village or a 2nd hand store buying a bunch of crappy plates and cups and then smashing the hell out of them. It really helps!!! Take care Heather

Take a deep breathe...count backwards from 10 slowly...then think "LIFE IS TO SHORT TO BE UPSET AND ANGRY AT PEOPLE"...Smile to yourself and move on! None of us are promised tomorrow so make the most out of each day and spending a day angry is no productivity.

If they were your real friends they would have kept your secret....but now that it is out let them know how you feeel and tell them that you would not have done the same thing to them. if you answer anger with anger, they have won....let them realise how much they have hurt you and let them make up for it....i know that you will let bygoes be bygoes but you need to show them where you stand.

You should just think about the problem from a third-person point of view and say, "gee, is it worth my friendship with these people" If it's not then tell them that they need to respect you, then stop being their friend.

Quit crying, never trust a man with personal information. Try smashing something useless. It helps.

Listen to music. It can be relaxing. How about reading a book? get your mind of the issue. Maybe a warm shower will do it. It will relax you, too. You son't want to get physical about it. You'll hurt yourself, and maybe others. Good Luck!
