I think that is about right, but don't forget, when they say "fish" that can be things like fish heads, eyes, guts, fins etc. I'm sure that it's not prime fish filet!
I remember reading that McDonalds hamburgers were 70% soy protein, the fact that the wrapper stated "100% real beef" that was the name of the wrapper company!!

May be true, not surprising, fish, including salted-fish is very expensive, I know of other eating-places world-wide which have very little fish in other fish recipes.Now-a-days, if you eat a recipe that requires fish, and it has in plenty, the eat-ing place is highly recommended.

I believe its a low percentage but if only 2% it probably wouldnt even taste of fish!! i think more likely 10 - 20%.

yeah must be coz the chicken burgers n nuggets are 10% chicken! taste go good tho!
like those microwave burgers 2 are only 9% meat!
