1. Do at least 3 hours of moderate cardiovascular excercise (running, bike, rowing machine... ), preferably in the morning. Take breaks if need be.
2. Get up at 6:30 the next day. No matter how tired you feel. Even if you didn't sleep.
3. Repeat the 3 hours of excercise in the morning.
4. Keep yourself awake all day and resist the urge to take naps. Go for a walk if you just about to doze off.
If you follow the 3 steps above rigidly, you'll fall into bed in the evening and sleep like a rock. Guaranteed.
