Now that Anna Nicole Smith has assumed room temperature, will her appeal be tried in absentia? Suppose it does, and the jury rules in her favor, will all the money she fought for be inherited by her infant daughter? Or are the "fathers" of her child legally entitled to the money as well?

First she is now below room temp.. Secondly her partner ,and lawyer , and the baby daddy will get the money ...the baby is the only heir to the estate the baby being under age the baby daddy (and lawyer) can obtain control of the estate , why do you think the lawyer would have wanted Daniel out of the picture ,now anna ..... He will be R I CH ,and him being a lawyer he knows first had the procedures for processing crimes ,and he knows he could never be charged without the presence of Physical evidence.... That is my prediction of the outcome....

As far as the money from her late husband, she was awarded that, and then a judge overturned it, she was awaiting a new trial in regards to that money. Her late husbands family issued a statement in regards to this exact question. Go to tmz.com, for all info.

Thats a tricky one.. i am sure it will go to the courts.. I think it will go to her daughter when she reaches legal age (18) unless she is legally married.. if that is the case it will go to her husband

I only hope she had enough sense to make a will

It will be inherited by her 'partner' Stern IF he continues her struggle for her, now that he probably can legally represent her in court her case would not die.

NOOB: None Of Our Business. Let's just stay out of it and let the proper people deal with it. The family deserves privacy, so let's be sure they get it!!

People with a lot of money generally have lawyers - and generally have updated wills - so it would go to whoever she said it should go to, and she didn't have to restrict that to family.
