No, they can not see what you are doing, unless they are connected to your computer using something like remote desktop. Just turn on your firewall and dont allow people access to your computer.

The network traffic could be captured on one of the other PCs using ethereal or similar program. Details of the URL addresses of web pages you have visited can be extracted from this captured data.
These URLs could then be entered into a web browser and accessed.

Just beacuse you are on the same network, doesn't allow someone to view your screen.
In theory, if they were an experienced hacker they could find your internet history on your computer, and see it that way...
But you can delete your internet history and cookies through
Tools > Internet Options

Yes, actually they can see what you're doing over wireless if they have the knowledge to. Using a packet sniffer they can see anything you're reading on the web.
What they can't do is see encrypted information. That is, when the padlock shows that your connection is secure, nobody can read what you're reading or writing.

The answer to your question is no unless they you have open remote access to each others computer where you can get in and out but when someone goes to take over your computer it will tell you about it first.

I was once the same.If you have your own security(firewall)and your
shared files off your OK.To test when you have a spare few minutes'
Click share files on, go into your pictures and click share folder.If someone else has it on you'll see theirs.Don't forget to untick it.
