I don't think they act like it was a great loss, I think that when someone dies out of the blue, and at such a young age, that people are 1) shocked, and 2) reminded of their own mortality. Most younger people think they have "forever" left to live, and this is reality slapping them in the face. Other people feel bad when anyone dies, for their family and such, especially if they've experienced it before and understand what the family is going through and what that kind of pain feels like.
Oh, and specifically for Anna - a 5 month old baby is left without a mother, and she died in the midst of being very unhappy...which makes it slightly more sad I suppose.

It is not so much as that we suffered a great loss.
A thing as sudden as this, makes you think how fragile life is. You are here now and gone tomorrow. It just makes you look at your own life, and think to yourself, wow, that could have been me. So do not think that people feel bad just because it was Nicole, even though, I do feel bad because she left a baby behind that 2 men are fighting for to be her daddy. But because if you do not enjoy life every day, and tell your loves ones, that you care for them when you are alive, when will you tell them. When some one dies it makes you aware that you are still alive, and not just existing in this world.

Because her life has been played out in front of millions, and some people with her struglle in life over weight, and some people identify with her in her struggles of life. Just because she had money doesn't mean she wasn't human. I think most people forget that people with money are human too. Take away her money, take away her stardom, and you still have a mother who lost her son, and a month later died, and left behind an infant daughter.
If this was local..everyone who be donating to the family and helping...its sad to know that because of who she is, the grief seems to be lacking in what really is a sad circumstance.

Because most people have actual feelings and feel sad that such a young, troubled woman has died. She is someone who has constantly been in the media the past year, and some people actually feel as if they knew her from hearing about all of her problems, especially the loss of her son and new birth of a daugher.

Hear are some of my immediate thoughts.
Anna Nicole.............Who?
Oh my God! What ever will we Do now! (run around like a chook with it's head cut off)
Another job opportunity for someone else.
Another druggo gone, beauddy!
More crap about someone, who is famous for being infamous, we won't have to read or hear about again.
Who gives a sh-it!
Just be happy for the baby. She won't grow up screwed in the head like her mother.
Now, for the big question. Who will play her in the movie? Would it be Dolly Parton or, the air-head, Pamela Anderson?

Because she's been around for a long time and they feel like they now her i don't know some people also look up to her thats why. Also alot of people feel bad for the little baby. God only know's whats gonna happen with the baby. When celebrities die it feels like a tragedy cuz we know we'll never see them again. At least not alive.

I know I haven't suffered a great loss. It's annoying when people who don't know somebody suddenly act like they loved them just because they died. I wasn't a fan of hers, but she was a human being, and it's just as sad when anyone dies. And it came as a real shock to me, she's been famous for as long as I've been old enough to read tabloids.

i imagine each person or element on the fringe of you are able to be a significant loss. although, the lost of your baby may be the finest suitable. I say that as a parent, that could be not uncomplicated to comprehend in case you at the instantaneous are not one. yet, mum and dad, realistically or not, trust that our young children will outlive us. that's devastating even as that would not ensue.

I haven't seen anyone saying anything like that. Most opinions I have seen regarding her death were that she reaped what she had sown. And to Robyn T, "loved her?" Unless you knew her personally, the only thing you loved about her were the tawdry stories you would get to read in the tabloids now and then! Get real!

I think that they just really feel for her new baby daughter and are sensitive to the fact of how tragic it is when someone so young dies.
