I heard it means someone is going to die.
True story....a girl I work with had that dream and a guy I know told us it means someone will die. The very next day, an older guy at work dropped dead during a staff meeting. He was a heavy smoker. Yipes!! It was kinda creepy.

I means that you have to expect disssapointment in the near future. I have been hearing that since i was a child until to day so i believe this to be true. Sorry.

I think it means you idn't brush the night before, and your subconcious turned the stimuli of plaque into your dream.
