Get a George Foreman and cook some chicken breasts or ribeye steaks. You can make some pre packaged rice pilaf. Uncle Ben's is really good and you cook it in 90 seconds. Then you can buy some frozen Green Giant veggies some all already seasoned. You can make some crescent rolls or buy some type of bread. For dessert have some strawberries and chocolate. Oh yeah, for an appetizer you can have veggies and dip or crackers and cheese.

Well you do have a week before it is Valentines Day..so you should definitly try out what you are going to cook for her before you cook it for her..Practice Makes Perfect..
It does not have to be anything Fancy..but right now (I don't know if you watch the cookingchannel, they have plenty of shows that show you how to cook some really nice things...fast and inexpensive..
It would be nice if she could watch you whip up a meal right in front of her,and if you did a Practice Run you would look like a pro..
If are to scared I would just make something easy like Spagetti Carbonara..and then a nice dessert..you can buy Tiramisu in the store..(it is in a package..and you mix it).. Tastes like home made she does not have to know that you had some help..But what says romance more than a Italian Dinner at Home?
Spagetti Carbonara.(Tom Cruise's Recipe..saw him talk about it on Oprah..made it and it is fantastic and easy)
Below is the link and it is delicious to all the people that ever made it..WHAT A MEAL..try it out..! Your Honey will love it..

try mexican!...if u go to the shops you will find fajita kits or taco kits....all you need is some chicken, gree nand red peppers....follow the instructions on the pack they are soooo easy and it tastes amazing....make sure you have the appropriate drinks to accompany your meal....mexican can be a bit on the 'hot' (chilli) side so make sure you have some nice icecream dessert or maybe even some yummy chocolate fudge cake??
good luck hope it goes well for you!
