10 hour drive on old mostly 2 lane federal hwy, with semi's to the left and right and in front and back of you, or 45 minute flight after plane takes off. Plane fare $59/89 depending

Las Vegas to Reno is about 7 hours and the drive is very boring.

Its a long drive on secondary roads (no interstate) , actually a truck route. REno is Northwest side of Nevada and Vegas is the very bottom of the state, about a 12 hour drive.

It is 448 miles, 11 hours if you take the route suggested on Yahoo. It is 468 if you go to Maps on Us, 11.5 hours. 467 9 hours if you go onto MSN maps. All the map sites have different information.
