A question about USA Y!A users about racial issues and posting in other countries?

I have been visiting other Y!A links this week and was shocked to see how many racial questions involving stero-typing and bigotry that are asked in countries outside the USA by USA Y!A participants. These questions (and answers), if asked in the USA, would be more likely get reported for violation (and receive thumbs down). Just curious about any theories as to why and if this seems the case to others?

Yes, this question is in the polls section too. I placed it both places because I wanted to ask both forums.

Each English speaking country has the option (bottom right side of screen) to select either All English Speaking Questions or only the ones from its own country.

This means your question may be read by any other English speaking country that choses the option. Your question will post along with their questions. Any of our little Q&A chats may not be as private as we think. Several other countries have the ability to listen to each other.

However, some of our fellow country avatars, go a posting in other lands with specific questions. "I'm a US of A citizen and want to know if your opinions match mine ... do you have this race situation in your country too (following some stero-type or even using racial slurs).
