I agree with everyone else; boas do not have venom. However, you might also consider that many reptiles can harbor bacteria like salmonella on their skin, and can transfer it to you. Make sure that you do treat any open wounds with care by washing with anti-bacterial soap, and alcohol, and be sure to always wash your hands after handing any reptiles or amphibians.

The answer is no. No boas or pythons have any venom whatsoever. In fact there are no venomous snakes in Madagascar as well.

Boas and pythons are constricting snakes and not venemous. They are often large snakes and can give you a nasty bite which could become infected so treat them with care.
