All of us girls have a suspicion that this boy says he's gay, and makes up stories to get attention. Ok He claims he's gay (obviously) but he cuddles girls, grabs their breasts and butts, kisses girls and stuff. He's my best friend, but I really do think he's one of those "cleaver" guys that say their gay to pick up girls, what do YOU think?

I dont know, he could very well be gay and the grabbing of girls boobies, etc, could be just his way of joking around. If he is not interested, then grabbing them wouldnt do anything for him, but then again, it could be just a ploy too because the girls wouldnt think anything of it. He shouldnt be doing it even if he is gay, it is totally rude and disrespectful, and you as his friend, should tell him this. I have a gay friend who always flirts with me...its just his way...he's a gorgeous guy, but he is genuinely gay, he has no interest in me sexually, but we are very good friends. I dont think he does it to gain acceptance, its just how he is. He doesnt grab me anywhere, but we have a hug and a kiss on the cheek as good friends do. He always calls me sexy and whistles at me when I walk down the street. I know hes gay, but it sounds like this guy has only told people his gay. Do you know for a fact he is gay? You need to find out if he is, in fact, gay. Do you know of any guys he has been with? It may be a big lie, or it may be the truth. He could be doing this with other girls to get attention, or get acceptance...or it just could be that he really is gay, but he doesnt think there is anything wrong in kissing and grabbing girls...it may be his way of having a joke. Maybe you need to ask him which guys he has been with...put him on the spot. Have you ever seen him flirting with another guy? These are all the tell tale signs of if he is gay or not. You need to have a good talk to him because his behaviour is really unacceptable and being gay does not give anyone the right to grab girls where he shouldnt be. If he is gay, you would know. I went to a gay bar with my male friend and I saw definite gay guys grabbing women. They were dancing with each other, but didnt go home and have sex with them...they went home with another man. I dont know why some gays behave that way, I just know they do. You have to sort out which type your friend is. If it is offensive to the girls who he is grabbing, then it needs to stop. Just talk to him, find out the truth.

If your friend was really gay I don't think he would have any interest in grabbing boobies or booties. I think he's just saying that to get a little feel without getting slapped.

I think the only way to know is to ask him directly. Anything else is just rumor and speculation.
