I am happy that you two can find different ways to "play". I think that if a man wakes up in the middle of the night and has such a strong need for you is wonderful. If you don't speak up for yourself nobody else will. Unfortunately you have a very high tolerance for unacceptable behavior and you need to work on that. You do that by reading books and articles on self esteem and boundaries, also by going to counseling. Once you really understand and believe that you-exactly like you are-deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, you will know what you need to know to take care of yourself, but most of all there will no longer be a question about what is acceptable and what you should have to live with.
