I think Howard K. Stern is a murderer. He had this plot to get rid of Anna and get her money for a long time, and now his plan is almost complete.
Here is how his plan is working:
1. Kill Anna's son - Anna's son is a legal adult and next of kin to her fortune, so if he was alive her son would inherit her money.
2. Convince Anna he is the father of her kid - gets him 'in'
3. Force Anna into getting a commitment ceremony - gives him some legal leverage to her fortune and her kid
4. Kill Anna - with the kid now just an infant and him being her almost husband, he would be in line to get her fortune
I am afraid step 5 is probably going to involve getting rid of the kid so he can take the fortune and run. He is probably not going to get caught before he finishes his plan.
Anyone else agree with some or more of my theory?

I 100% agree, I have thought this was the case since her show was on the air. I also think they both were severe drug addicts. I cannot believe he is getting away with this.

I agree completely with your theory. A witness reportedly saw Stern remove drugs from Daniel's pocket and flush them. That indicates involvement and guilt in Daniel's death. He was with both people when they died. In other words he had the means to commit these crimes.
Following the money trail,as you did certainly gives Stern the motive.
He had both the means and the motive for both murders.
I wonder what finally caused him to hasten Anna Nicole's demise before they were legally married. There could only be one reason.
Anna Nicole was certainly familiar with the concept of marrying someone rich in order to inherit their fortune; she did the same thing herself!
While Howard K. Stern was pushing for a legal wedding Anna Nicole was becoming more suspicious of his true motive and involvement in Daniel's death. She arranged the commitment ceremony to satisfy Stern while keeping him from any legal claim to her money. Stern, unsatisfied, continued to push for a legal ceremony. Anna resisted and then finally frustrated by his pestering gave him a firm answer about marriage...No!
Stern knew the relationship was ending. He was also concerned that Anna Nicole would testify against him at next month's inquest into Daniel's death. However risky he exercised his last option.
Many will wonder how Stern could be so deluded to think he would ever get away with both killings only a couple of months apart. They will think... It's too obvious, no one would think they would get away with it.
Well a true psychopath would.
Remember Scott Peterson. Who would possibly believe his story! What are the chances that someone would go fishing on Christmas Eve and his wife would disappear on the same day.
Remember ninety per-cent of the time the killer is the husband or boyfriend.
Just like Scott Peterson did, Howard K. Stern think's he can get away with it..
Get ready for the next gavel to gavel coverage of the trial of the century.

Without knowing too much about the fine details of Anna Nicole Smith's turbulent life and tragic death, the circumstances surrounding her death, and that of her son Daniel, and also that she had reason to believe her son was in fact murdered would suggest something very untoward.
Anna Nicole's current partner; Howard K. Stern's refusal to give a DNA test to determine who is the biological farther of her baby daughter and his reluctance to return to the U.S.A, gives rise to suspicion.
And given the fact that Howard K. Stern stood to gain the most from the death of Anna Nicole and her son, it would put Howard K. Stern top of the list of suspects.
I just hope for the sake of Anna Nicole's baby daughter that the identity of her true farther is revealed. And that she doesn't suffer the same tragic fate as her mother and brother.
Anna Nicole Smith mirrored her life on her idol Marilyn Monroe. How ironic that her life was also ended so prematurely like Marilyn's in sinister fashion.
Marilyn's killers were never caught. Let's hope Anna Nicole and her son's murderer can be brought to justice and this doesn't go down as another case where the killer that got away with it.

ABSOLUTELY! I believe she and her son were both murdered. Someone who is a lawyer knows how to craft and plan something like that and still find themselves on the right side of the law by getting away with it. He knew what he was doing, all you have to do is follow her money. I was very sad to hear the news! Stern won't come back to the States and he won't take a paternity test!? Too many coincidences, concistencies, and obvious enough proof for this to be ruled a suicide or death by natural causes!

Convince? She knows who she had sex with 9 months ago before her child was born.
Howard Stern is not that stupid to think he'd kill anna after seeing the frenzy after daniel died and not get caught.... not to mention the frenzies with OJ, Laci Peterson, Jon Bennet, etc...There's no way he can just slip some drugs in her drink and get away with it.
I can't fathom anyone would be that stupid. Anna was a mess & on a lot of drugs...and she had a high fever...and a liver the size of her home state.

I think your theory has some valid points, she was about to come into a lot of money if the supreme court upheld her claim to ex husbands fortune
